Where do I even begin? The lady at reception was an absolute gem, helping us navigate Pompeii ruins and giving us mouth-watering restaurant recommendations. The location was mind-blowingly convenient, practically across the street from the ruins and close to public transport. The apartment itself was jaw-droppingly gorgeous - modern, spacious, with an incredible shower and a super-comfy bed. Plus, they even had a flat-screen TV, WiFi, an electric kettle, and air conditioning. Can't recommend this place enough. Go for it!

Great value for money, the room was spacious, modern, and very clean. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the Pompei site and the main square. The staff, especially the young receptionist, were excellent and provided helpful recommendations for restaurants and transportation.
Menu for breakfast could have been better, maybe offering a wider variety of options.

The rooms were super cool, like those futuristic wings back armchairs that made us feel like we were in a crazy sci-fi movie. The location was perfect, just a hop and skip away from the mind-blowing Pompeii ruins and some lit restaurants. The staff were total legends, always ready to help and make our stay awesome.
The only thing we wished for was a sick party hangout space where we could chill and have a mad time with our mates. A cool rooftop terrace or a rad game room would have taken our experience to the next level.

My stay at a hotel in close proximity to the Pompeii ruins was fantastic. The room was clean and modern with a spacious walk-in shower. The staff was helpful in arranging transportation and providing restaurant recommendations. The hotel's location near the main square was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the ruins. The lack of an on-site restaurant was not an issue, as there were plenty of dining options nearby.
Everything met my needs and desires. 👌🏼

Comfortable and Luxurious Stay: The plush armchair in the room was like being embraced by a warm hug, leading me into a realm of utmost relaxation and comfort. The fresh white sheets and soft duvet were a haven for a weary traveler like myself, providing a peaceful respite for both body and soul.
Lack of Staff Support: Unfortunately, there was no receptionist on duty during late hours, which meant there was no staff support when a noisy situation occurred in the neighboring room.

My recent stay at Palazzo Balsamo Suites was absolutely fantastic. The location was perfect, just across the road from the entrance gates to the Pompei ruins. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the site without having to travel far. The room itself was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with a luxurious walk-in shower in the bathroom. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service provided by the young receptionist, who helped arrange transportation and gave us great restaurant recommendations. Additionally, being close to the main square near the Duomo allowed us to relax and enjoy a refreshing drink after a long day of exploring. While the hotel doesn't have its own restaurant, there are plenty of options nearby for dining. I highly recommend Palazzo Balsamo Suites for anyone visiting Pompei!

We had a slight hiccup when we arrived at the secondary train station due to phone issues, but once we made it to Palazzo Balsamo Suites, we were greeted with spacious, clean rooms. The comfortable beds and great shower made us feel right at home. The location couldn't be better for exploring the Pompeii ruins, and there are plenty of food options nearby. Despite a couple of small inconveniences, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. it was a great experience.
